  Founded in 1986, the Cincinnati Dance and Movement Center is proud to be celebrating 40 years of dance excellence! At CDMC, dancers of all ages and levels can express themselves through the art of dance. With our caring, expert faculty and our state-of-the-art facility, we offer a wide range of classes for all levels, from children and adults experiencing their very first dance class to advanced dancers who have been studying dance all their lives to pre-professional students who wish to pursue a career in dance as many of our alumni have done.
  One of our core beliefs is that dance is for everyone, not just the elite who have the traditional dancer look and physicality. Our inclusive approach has resulted in a very diverse student population; you will see dancers of all ages, sizes, ethnicities, and abilities at the Cincinnati Dance and Movement Center due to our forty-year commitment to putting our mission statement "Dance is for everybody" into action. We have demonstrated this core value in many different ways over the years, including our tuition-free "A Chance to Dance" class, one of the oldest-running children's adaptive dance programs in the area.
  We take pride in providing high-quality, award-winning, inclusive dance education in a positive, supportive, and fun environment for age one-and-a-half through adults, with levels ranging from beginning through advanced. In addition, we offer performance groups for students who wish to gain additional performance experience beyond our studio-wide January Showcases and June Recitals. Regardless of age, level, and goals, students can find their niche at CDMC.
